Persistent Noise Issue with Sofa from Enza Home, Warranty Replacement Ignored
I received my sofa set on 28.05.2024, and from the first day, one of the sofas was making noise. The assembly team took ...note of it, but no one followed up. In August, I requested service, and the team came to inspect the sofa. They decided the issue couldn’t be fixed on-site and took the sofa away.
