I Was Charged Extra Baggage Fees and Refused Boarding
Although the tickets purchased from this company showed baggage allowance during the purchase process, it did not appear in the system at all, and I was forced to pay ₺11,400 for baggage. Even now, their system still shows no baggage information. In addition, due to a surname spelling error that did not match the ID number, one of the six passengers was not allowed to board, and their ticket was forfeited, so we had to buy a new ticket from another airline. There is no one to take responsibility, as they simply say, “If it’s a Turkish Airlines ticket, contact them,” and shift the blame. Do not buy from this company thinking the tickets are cheap—we ended up paying more than double the price.
