Please Recover My Telegram Account
I am writing because my Telegram account on my Android phone has been hacked and I still do not have full control over it. The attacker deleted my chats, joined new groups, changed my profile photo and set a new username without my consent. I can see that the hacker has logged in from the web using a MacBook Air, and the unauthorized access is still active. My phone number is India-based as I am an Indian user, but after the hacking incident the language of my Telegram interface and many settings were changed to a foreign language that I do not even recognize or understand. This makes it even harder for me to manage the account and try to secure it. When I first realised what was happening I got scared and deleted the Telegram app from my phone. Later I understood that this was a mistake, because now when I log in again Telegram treats me as a new session and I am not able to remove the hacker’s existing session from the account. From your side you should be able to see that since this account was created I have always logged in from India with an Indian phone number, first on my previous Samsung M21 and now on my current OnePlus Nord CE5, and that this web login from a MacBook Air is not mine. I tried to reach Telegram support via the official website, but Cloudflare did not recognize me as a person and blocked my attempts. I then managed to submit a report on telegram.org using another language, and that submission seems to have gone through, but I have not yet received any effective solution and the account remains compromised. In this situation, I am very concerned about my privacy and the possibility that the hacker may continue to misuse my account, contact my contacts or join more groups in my name. I kindly request that Telegram urgently intervene in this case, either by completely removing the hacker’s access and restoring full control of the account to me, or by permanently deleting my current account so that I can safely create a new one. I expect this issue to be handled as soon as possible as an urgent security matter and I ask you to inform me of the actions taken regarding my account.
