Selfcore.me Deduction Of Anuthorised Double Charges

I purchased what was presented as a one‑time IQ test AI service from Selfcore Me about a week ago while I was in Juba, South Sudan. Despite this, another payment was taken from my account on 20 July 2026 as a POS purchase with the description “INSIGHTWAY SELFCORE ME” for USD 29.99, even though I did not authorize any recurring subscription. After noticing this unexpected second charge, I contacted Selfcore Me through their support channels, but I have not received any response so far, which is causing me both financial and emotional inconvenience. I request that the second, unauthorized charge of USD 29.99 be fully refunded to my account and that any subscription or recurring payment linked to my purchase be immediately cancelled so that no further amounts are deducted without my explicit consent.
