Enuygun Refuses Bus Ticket Cancellation and Modifications Prior to Departure

On August 24 at 10:20 AM, I purchased a bus ticket through Enuygun for the 2:30 PM departure from Kuşadası to İzmir. Although I arrived at the bus terminal early, I was strictly prohibited from canceling or modifying my ticket. As a customer, being offered zero flexibility regarding either a departure time change or cancellation has caused me significant hardship.
I demand that my right to cancel or modify my ticket be recognized, or at least that a reasonable solution—such as an open ticket credit or a full refund without deductions—be provided. I request that Enuygun resolve this grievance as soon as possible.
