METRO Coach Delay Complaint

1On 22.04.2026, for my trip from Mersin/Silifke with Metro Turizm, the coach ticket I purchased for 18:30, with reservation number YNGEUU6, was first rescheduled to 20:30 and then again to 21:30 without providing me with adequate and clear prior notice. I only became aware of these changes when I arrived at the bus station. These repeated delays caused a serious loss of time for me, disrupted my plans, and created significant inconvenience, and I was not given the necessary information by the company at any stage. I request that the reason for this delay, which I believe is not in compliance with passenger rights, be clearly explained to me and that my grievance be remedied in an appropriate manner.
