Enterprise Gave Me a VW Tiguan Instead of Volvo XC90 and Ignored My Fine Issue

I booked a Volvo XC90 from Enterprise in Germany, but when I arrived to pick up the car, they handed me a Volkswagen Tiguan instead. These two cars are clearly not in the same class, and when I objected, they didn’t offer a proper refund or alternative. Instead, they gave me a weak excuse and offered a vague discount of around €50–60 by telling me to return the vehicle with an empty tank instead of full. This is not an acceptable solution when I clearly paid for a premium SUV and received a lower-class model.
On top of that, I received a traffic fine in Belgium and would have paid €75 instead of €159 if Enterprise had submitted the car’s registration details to the system on time. I tried reaching someone from the company for over a month through WhatsApp, their official website, the email listed in the ticket notice, and other emails I could find. No one responded, and because of this delay, I had to pay double the fine.
Enterprise's lack of accountability and poor customer service is outrageous. If you're looking for a company that ignores customers and breaks its promises, then Enterprise is unfortunately the right choice. Otherwise, I strongly advise against using them. I demand compensation for the incorrect vehicle and the penalty caused by their delay.
