Enterprise Rent a Car hit-and-run scam

I rented a car from Enterprise Rent a Car on February 4, 2023, with the reservation number ISTC57-7679, but the next day I discovered that they had hit the car and fled! When I delivered the report to the rental company, they said the car only had traffic insurance and not full coverage. I immediately contacted the branch and even called the police to the scene. They claimed that the police report was invalid, and now they want me to pay 22,000+ VAT as compensation for the damages! Can you believe they consider a valid state police report invalid and are attempting to charge me an outrageous fee that they made up? I filed a complaint with the appropriate prosecutor's office and consumer arbitration committees, and I'm now telling my story here. This company is a disgrace and a scam, and I will not pay this extortionate fee in any way. I'm hoping that my experience will alert others to this rental company's deceptive practices.
