Enpara.com Refused to Cancel Unauthorized Transactions on My Credit Card
Unauthorized transactions were made using my Enpara credit card without my knowledge. I was notified of the shopping passwords, and I immediately contacted Enpara customer service via online support and by phone. After my initial message, four more transactions were made, all requiring shopping passwords, which were sent to me. Despite not sharing the password with anyone, I promptly contacted customer service to block the card. However, I was told that the pending transaction could not be canceled and that the review process could take up to 200 days. Why should I be responsible for paying this debt and then wait 200 days for a refund due to a vulnerability in your system, especially when I haven’t shared the password? I request the immediate cancellation of the pending transaction to ensure no one is affected by this situation and demand that your software team urgently addresses the 3D security vulnerability. Additionally, the transactions were made in euros and USD. Other banks can intervene instantly in similar cases—how can you not cancel these transactions? I await your response and expect immediate action.
