On November 26, 2025, around 4:00 AM, a transaction was made on my Enpara credit card without my knowledge or authorization. On my statement, the charge appears as “fs *supercellstore fsprg.nl nl”, and the amount is $264. My physical card was with me at the time, and I did not share my card details with anyone or use them on any untrusted site or application.
As soon as I noticed the transaction, I called Enpara customer service, but I was told that since the transaction was still in pre-authorization, nothing could be done at that moment. Later in the morning, I had my card blocked through the bank for security reasons.
I absolutely did not make this purchase, and I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and the $264 refunded to me. I also ask that the necessary investigation be carried out regarding this unauthorized charge and that my issue be resolved as quickly as possible, along with clear updates throughout the process.
