Enpara Accounts Blocked Without Notice
On 12/02/2026 at 01:13, an unjust and completely unannounced block was placed on all of my Enpara accounts. I only found out about this serious intervention through a message, without any prior information, justification or opportunity to respond. I find it unacceptable that a bank can arbitrarily block all of a customer’s accounts without giving a clear reason. After receiving the message, I immediately contacted Enpara customer service. I was told that the block had been placed for “security reasons”, yet the representatives themselves stated that they could not see the specific reason for this block on their screens. A bank that cannot even explain to its own customers why it is blocking their accounts is seriously damaging trust. Because of this block, the money sent to my accounts is being automatically returned and I cannot use my own funds. This situation disrupts my financial transactions, puts me in a difficult position against third parties and creates a completely unjust victimization. I cannot accept that my access to my legally earned money is restricted in this way, without any clear explanation. I demand that the block on all my accounts be lifted immediately and completely, that such a block is not imposed again in this manner without prior information and transparent justification, and that I be provided with a clear, concrete and detailed written explanation of the exact reason, legal basis and internal process behind this block. I also expect Enpara to take responsibility for the victimization caused and to ensure that similar arbitrary practices are not repeated.
