Eneba iTunes Gift Card Not Delivered After $50 Payment
On February 15, I purchased a $50 iTunes Gift Card through the Eneba website using my credit card. The payment was charged, but the gift card was never delivered to me. My order number is: o-yu9tkfo. Immediately after the transaction, I filed a dispute both through the site and with my bank. Eneba never responded to my submissions. My bank accepted my payment dispute on March 20 and initiated the process, but to this day I have not received a refund or a proper resolution. Your site clearly states that refunds are issued within 15 days in case of a problem. However, nearly two months have passed, and my issue has not been resolved. I request that the $50 charge be refunded to me immediately.
