Eneba Support Not Responding — Missing UC Order and No Communication

On October 17, 2025, I purchased 1,500 UC + 300 Bonus UC (Global) through Eneba, paying by credit card. My order number is o-yakdduo. However, even after five business days, the product has not been delivered, and I have received no response from the seller or Eneba.
I have tried to contact both the seller and Eneba customer support multiple times, through both the platform and email, but I have not received any reply.
Because of this situation, I am experiencing a significant inconvenience. I request that my order be delivered immediately or that the full amount I paid be refunded without deduction. The lack of communication and disregard for my complaints is unacceptable, and I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will take further action through my payment provider and consumer protection authorities.
