Bought Resident Evil 4 Remake on Eneba, Received Wrong 2005 Version Instead

On November 16, 2025, I purchased a Steam game code for Resident Evil 4 Remake through Eneba. However, the code I received was actually for the Resident Evil 4 Ultimate HD 2005 version. Even though the purchase page clearly displayed visuals of the Remake version, I was sent the code for the original 2005 release, which is misleading. The link to the product I purchased is:

On November 17, 2025, I contacted Eneba customer support and was asked to provide screenshots. I sent all the requested documents, and they told me the seller would respond within 3 to 5 business days. However, I still have not received any update. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, no one has responded.
I purchased the product using my credit card and paid a total of $14.44. The purchase was made from Jordan. This is my first time using Eneba, and the situation has caused me significant inconvenience. I request that the correct game code for Resident Evil 4 Remake be sent to me.
