Eneba Has Not Resolved My Apple Gift Card Redemption Issue

Yesterday, I purchased a $199 Apple Gift Card from the Eneba website. When I tried to redeem the gift card to my Apple account, I repeatedly received the message "Redemption Failed," and the code is not accepted under any circumstances.

I contacted both Apple Support and Eneba Customer Support, but so far neither has provided a clear explanation or a solution. As a result, I am unable to use the $199 gift card that I paid for and have been left without access to the product I purchased.

Because the gift card cannot be redeemed or used, I request a full refund of the $199 purchase price. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly and the payment to be returned to me as soon as possible.
