Eneba Gift Card Code Invalid When Redeemed Through Cardtonic
On January 30, 2026, I purchased a gift card from Eneba, but when I attempted to redeem it, I discovered that the code had already been used. I am based in Nigeria and tried to redeem the code through Cardtonic, where it was confirmed that the gift card was invalid because it had been previously redeemed. I contacted Eneba customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response, which is extremely disappointing considering that I paid for a valid, unused gift card and received the opposite. I respectfully request that Eneba provide me with a new, working gift card code equivalent to what I purchased as soon as possible so this matter can be resolved fairly.
