Bought Gift Card From Eneba And As Already Redeemed

Today I purchased a gift card through the Eneba website, but when I tried to use it, I discovered that the code had already been redeemed before I bought it. This means the product I received is unusable and not as described. My order reference on the Eneba website is o-y4m61xy. I have not yet been able to resolve this issue through support, and therefore, I am writing to request a solution. I kindly ask Eneba to provide either a new, valid gift card code or a full refund for this purchase as soon as possible, since the current code is already redeemed and cannot be used.
