I purchased a Roblox gift card from Eneba on 18.01 with order number o-y4qyrae for 12,10 €. When I tried to redeem the code on Roblox, it did not work. Because of this, I opened a support ticket with Eneba, but I have not received any response from customer support for about a week. I am disappointed that I paid for a product I cannot use and that my support request has been ignored so far. I kindly request a full refund of the 12,10 € I paid for this non-working Roblox gift card.
