I ordered the Emporio Armani Intensely fragrance from the Instagram page “Parfume life turkey.” I completed the payment through Shopier and received an order confirmation stating “Your order is complete” for order number 668521486.

Even though four days have passed, my order still hasn't been shipped, and I haven't received any updates. This lack of communication is concerning in terms of seller trust and has created an unnecessary inconvenience.

I demand that my order be shipped immediately and that tracking information be provided to me; otherwise, I request a full refund.
