Eloctrux Dishwasherdoor Falls To Floor, Company Does Not Care
I bought an Electrolux dishwasher in July 2021. We chose the same brand for all six houses in our neighborhood. However, the dishwasher's door falls to the ground after each cycle. We reported the problem, and an Eskişehir service technician came to inspect it, but they were unable to resolve it. They still haven't provided a solution after almost two years. The door dropping when the machine stops is concerning because it could result in an accident. I am afraid that they will only act if someone is hurt. When I last contacted the service, they promised to send another technician, but there has been no response from anyone willing to help. Dealing with this ongoing problem has been both frustrating and discouraging. I hope this situation is resolved soon to ensure the dishwasher's safety and functionality.

The door of the Electrolux dishwasher falls down when the machine finishes working. We have had this complaint for about two years. Even after writing on the complaint site recently, nothing has changed. The Electrolux service in Eskişehir says there is nothing they can do, and the company says there is no solution. We are requesting a replacement of the dishwasher. No one is paying attention. We definitely do not recommend it.
