Electrolux has totally dropped the ball on fixing my dishwasher for like, the past 2.5 months, they haven't even bothered to hook me up with a replacement machine in the meantime. I've been keeping track of all my customer service complaints for months, but I'm bummed that I haven't gotten a single call back. It wasn't until I hit them up here that they finally got back to me, saying they'd hook me up with a fresh machine in the second week of September. But, their offer was way below market standards. So, they told me I gotta pay extra on top of the machine's price, and they'll take a fee out of that. Also, when the technician came to check my machine for the first time, he was super rude, like, he started yelling and even made some threats. I quickly sent voice recordings of this incident to the company. Right now, my machine is on its second service visit, and they're saying they don't have the parts they need. This kinda suggests that there might be some systemic issues with the services provided. Seems like the company's management is dropping the ball on their responsibilities. I've been taking care of this oncology patient for a while now, left my kiddos at home, ages 5, 8, and 12, and they kinda accidentally broke a bunch of plates and glasses while attempting to do the dishes. Long story short, they ended up getting hurt in the process. We're still making trips to the hospital, and I really need my dishwasher ASAP. Hey Electrolux, I really need you to either fix my machine ASAP (since you seem to be struggling with it), hook me up with a temporary replacement, or come through on your promise of giving me a brand new machine. If I were to buy a new machine on my own, who's gonna cover these losses I'm incurring? I've got an Electrolux washing machine and vacuum cleaner too, and let me tell you, they've been nothing but trouble since day one. The service from Electrolux doesn't really seem to prioritize customer satisfaction or effectively handle problems. I gotta be honest, I wouldn't recommend Electrolux appliances, even though we thought they were gonna be top-notch. I really hope Electrolux headquarters follows through on their promise, reaches out to me, and gets me that machine they offered ASAP.
