Dear Electrolux Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the service I received for my Electrolux dishwasher and the unprofessional behavior displayed by your authorized service personnel. The issues I encountered are as follows: Disrespectful and careless behavior of service staff: The technicians who came to inspect the dishwasher broke my water tap but did not even apologize. Instead, they casually said, “These things happen,” as if it was a normal situation. Improper handling of the product: Despite coming as a team of two, one person alone attempted to drag the dishwasher, causing it to hit my shoe cabinet. Their careless handling raised concerns about further potential damage to the machine. Failure to properly inspect the issue: The technicians diagnosed the problem solely based on the error code without conducting a detailed examination. Additionally, they mentioned that the company does not offer repairs but only parts replacement, and they quoted an excessively high price for the solution. Disrespectful communication: One of the service staff mocked my last name during a phone conversation, which I found highly offensive and unprofessional. This entire experience has damaged my trust in your brand and caused significant frustration. As a world-renowned company, I expected Electrolux's authorized service teams to operate professionally, responsibly, and with customer satisfaction as a priority. In this regard, I kindly request the following: An investigation into the behavior of the service staff and appropriate action to be taken, Compensation for the material and moral inconvenience caused, A thorough inspection of the product, and a reasonable solution to resolve the issue. I expect my complaint to be addressed promptly and a satisfactory resolution to be provided. Otherwise, I will be compelled to pursue my rights through consumer protection laws.
