However, the factory rejected this, blaming curtain hooks for the damage—an explanation that makes no sense, especially as the same issue occurred with different fabrics. This machine is under warranty, and these recurring problems classify it as defective under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. I request an immediate drum replacement; otherwise, I will escalate the matter to legal authorities.
