Electrolux Refused to Replace the Drum on My Washing Machine Despite Ongoing Issues

I purchased the Electrolux EW6F3146BEB 10 kg 1400 RPM washing machine from Teknosa on 28/07/2022 and have faced repeated issues with it damaging fabrics, including curtains and cotton shirts, by pulling threads during washing. Despite contacting the authorized service in June 2024 and again in November 2024, the problem persists. Initially, the service claimed no issue, but later admitted the drum required replacement. However, the factory rejected this, blaming curtain hooks for the damage—an explanation that makes no sense, especially as the same issue occurred with different fabrics. This machine is under warranty, and these recurring problems classify it as defective under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. I request an immediate drum replacement; otherwise, I will escalate the matter to legal authorities.
