Electrolux Vacuum Malfunction Not Fixed

I bought an Electrolux vacuum cleaner a few years ago, and it has recently started shutting down on its own. Initially, it would only make a sudden drop in sound, which we attributed to our electrical outlet because changing the plug seemed to solve the problem. However, as shown in the video, the vacuum now automatically shuts off regardless of where we plug it in. I watched videos that suggested it could be due to a full filter, but the problem persists even with a clean filter. We've been using it like any other vacuum, following the manufacturer's instructions. When vacuuming the floor, we use carpet-specific settings, never overfill the filter, avoid cleaning wet or damp areas, and keep the environment clean. I expect Electrolux to stand behind their product and hope to receive prompt assistance.
