I just wanted to say hello because the Electrolux cordless vacuum situation at Mall of Media Markt was a nightmare for me. I bought it in June of the previous year and have serious regrets about my decision. The vacuum had to be sent in for repairs once, and by the time it was ready to be picked up, it had been gone for a month. I retrieved it after the repair was completed, but it has since developed a new problem. How many more times do you expect this product to fail in the next 12 months? If the same problem occurs with the same product for the second time during the warranty period, the product in question must be promptly exchanged for a brand-new one.
