Electrolux Vacuum Handle Broken, Service Center Fails to Resolve Issue

I decided to try out an Electrolux vacuum cleaner for the first time. I really regretted buying that afterwards. When we took the vacuum cleaner out of the box and tried to use it for the first time, we realized that the attachment for the vacuum cleaner and the hose weren't properly connected. While I was cleaning, the attachment suddenly started popping out of place. We tried to make it secure, but it popped out again. Then, we reached out to customer support. They told us to take the vacuum cleaner to the service center in our area, and we did. The service center replied and said that the teeth on the connector between the attachment and the vacuum cleaner hose are broken. They mentioned that this is considered to be a mistake made by the user. We were told that we can't buy this part alone, so we have to buy a whole set with the hose for a high price. It's not okay for a new product to have problems with the teeth when you first use it. I have a vacuum cleaner at home that is over 10 years old, and I decided to purchase a new one to replace it. But, it turns out that my old vacuum cleaner was actually more reliable, and we were really disappointed. I tried to tell them that I didn't agree with having to pay extra for a new product, but it seems like they didn't listen or do anything about it. It's been a week, and we still haven't heard back about the inquiry. I bought an Electrolux product for the first time, and it will also be my last. I still have the new vacuum cleaner, and the problem hasn't been fixed yet.
