Electrolux 5-Burner Cooker Display Malfunctions, Constant Beeping

Electrolux hood, oven and hob products, which we bought with the invoice date of 22/10/2020, have them installed and started to use after a few months, unfortunately, the 5-burner cooker is constantly malfunctioning. Service personnel, who come at regular intervals and only on Fridays, will replace the tool with the card. They also tried to bring it from abroad and replace it in a few months. However, the cooker constantly bothered us with the time setting of the display on the touch screen being activated and beeping. Service personnel started to say that it is due to the electrical current of the house and there is no solution. We bought a surge protector, but unfortunately, the problem still persists. We have been using the electronic device with an old-fashioned manual lighter without electricity for months. Even though we opened a service record, the service is not coming.

On the day the complaint was published, I conveyed my detailed issue to a lady who called during my working hours. She said "Okay" and hung up. Within an hour, another gentleman called and asked, "Can you explain it to me in detail?" I said, "Should I explain it in detail to everyone who calls during my working hours?" He said, "Alright then, I am writing the response," and hung up... After that, unfortunately, no one called or inquired, nor did anyone offer a solution...
