Konami eFootball ID Password Reset Not Working

I have been having a persistent problem with my KONAMI ID and eFootball account for the last two months. My KONAMI ID is registered under the name “LORENCR7BE***”. The system keeps asking me to create an alphanumeric password, but every time I try to set a new password, it does not go through and nothing happens. Because of this, I am unable to properly manage my account and I am worried about the game data and any purchases or progress I have in eFootball. I have tried to change the password both from within the eFootball game and through the KONAMI ID website, but the problem is still the same and the password is not accepted. I contacted Konami support about this issue and the only answer I received was that they are working on it, but for a long time there has been no concrete solution and the problem continues. I am very frustrated that such a simple password change has not been resolved for months. I kindly request that my KONAMI ID be checked in detail, that my password be reset or that I be clearly guided on how to set a valid alphanumeric password, and that I regain full, secure access to my eFootball account and all my existing data and purchases as soon as possible.
