My eFootball account is linked to a Konami ID, and I have not been able to access the email address connected to this account for about three months. Because I cannot log in to that email, I am unable to manage or update my Konami ID information, including changing the registered phone number. I want to continue using my eFootball account, but I am currently blocked because all recovery options go through the old email address that I can no longer access.
