My Konami ID account linked to the eFootball 2026 mobile game was stolen today at around 11:37 PM. The password and the registered email address on my account were changed without my authorization, and as a result, I am currently unable to log in or regain access to my account in any way.
I tried all available recovery options, including password reset and other methods, but none of them worked. I have not yet filled out the official support form. My account contained valuable in-game players and paid content, and losing this account has caused me serious harm.
My expectation from Konami is that my stolen Konami ID account be fully restored to me after reviewing security logs and login history, and that I be given complete access to my account again. I request that my account security be ensured and that the damage I have suffered during this process be resolved as soon as possible.
