I am an eFootball mobile player and am currently unable to access my account because I am not receiving the password reset email from Konami. For about a week, I have been trying to reset my password, but no email has arrived in my inbox.
I only remember my username, and I play eFootball on my mobile phone. Despite submitting multiple password reset requests over the past week, I have not received any messages, which means I cannot log in to my account.
I also attempted to contact customer support but have not received any response so far. I kindly request your assistance in helping me recover my eFootball account using my username or any other verification method you find appropriate, so I can regain access as soon as possible.
