I Face Purchased Player Removal in Efootball After Paying ₺25 for Silvestre

Recently, in the Efootball game, I purchased a player named Silvestre for ₺25. However, just a short while ago, I suddenly received a notification, and the player I paid for was removed from my account.
This is the first time I have experienced such an issue. I did not request any refund, nor do I have an invoice number or cancellation related to this purchase. I have also not yet contacted Konami customer service about the matter.
I kindly request that the Silvestre player I purchased be restored to my account as soon as possible. I expect this issue to be resolved quickly so I can continue playing the game without further inconvenience.
