I Face Missing Player Issue in Efootball After Purchase With No Refund Request

In Konami’s game Efootball, I purchased a player, but shortly after, the player was taken away from my account. I never requested a refund or initiated any return process, yet the player I paid for disappeared.

This situation is very unfair and has caused me frustration, as I made the purchase in good faith and expected to keep the player. Losing an item that I rightfully bought without any explanation damages the overall gaming experience.

I kindly request that this issue be corrected immediately and that the player I purchased be restored to my account as soon as possible. Players should not have to deal with such problems after making legitimate in-game purchases.
