I Bought Gvardiol in eFootball But He Wasn’t Added to My Squad

A few days ago, I purchased Gvardiol in eFootball for ₺24 to strengthen my team. However, after completing the transaction, the player never appeared in my squad. I waited, restarted the app, and checked multiple times—but Gvardiol is simply not there.

This wasn’t a casual purchase. I had to get permission from my mom to make this payment, and I chose the in-game method because I couldn’t complete the purchase on any external site. I made the purchase through proper channels and expected to receive the player instantly as promised.

If this issue isn’t resolved immediately, I want a full refund. I paid for a player I never received, and that’s unacceptable. Please help me either recover Gvardiol in my team or refund the ₺24 I spent. I expect urgent support on this matter.
