I Face eFootball Mobile Charging Me but Not Delivering Purchased Items
On June 12 and July 11, I purchased a total of three in-game items through the eFootball mobile app (transaction numbers: gpa.3395-5393-6327-77686, gpa.3320-3459-0075-68017, gpa.3330-0176-1482-05195). However, these items never appeared in my account, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.
I tried to contact customer support to resolve the issue, but I never received a response. Although I’ve occasionally faced minor issues in the past, this time none of the purchased items were added to my account. The payments were made via mobile payment.
I request that the purchased items be credited to my account immediately or that the full payment amounts be refunded to me without delay.
