I Report Unauthorized Coins Purchase On E-Football And Request Refund
On 03.07.2025, an unauthorized transaction occurred on my e-Football account. My younger brother, without my consent, purchased coins using my registered payment card. I did not approve this purchase and immediately attempted to request a refund, but the platform did not allow me to cancel or reverse the transaction.
The entire balance on my card was used without my permission. This has caused significant financial distress, as I rely on that balance for essential expenses. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue through your support channels, I have not been able to initiate a refund process.
I explicitly request a full refund of the unauthorized payment made for the coin purchase. Please understand the emotional and financial stress this situation has caused me. I kindly ask you to resolve this issue fairly and restore the amount to my card.
