Complaint Against Educly For Unauthorized Charges And Poor Service

I am writing regarding two charges made through Paddle.net on behalf of Educly.app for AI lessons such as AI ChatGPT and similar tools. The first payment was made on 25 August 2026 for 29.00 USD, with approval number #220049430, and this was the only charge I intended to authorize. After this first payment, I could not sign in properly or find the lessons that I selected, and I did not receive any email with clear information or access details, so I was not able to use the service as expected. Despite these access problems, on 24 September 2026 I was charged again without my consent, as shown in the attached receipt for 29.90 USD. I did not knowingly start or approve a recurring subscription, and I consider this second payment to be unauthorized. I kindly request a full refund of the second charge dated 24 September 2026, restoration of my account access so that I can use the classes I originally requested and paid for, and confirmation that no further charges will be made to my account without my explicit consent.
