Refund For Payment I Didn't Agree To Pay For EDream Madrid ES

I am writing regarding an unauthorized charge attempt of 99.99 € linked to my Visa card by eDreams today, even though I have never agreed to any subscription or future payments with your company. I received a notification from my Visa card company at 10:33 this morning (Israel time) informing me that a payment of 99.99 € to eDreams was in progress. When I contacted Visa, they informed me that this amount appears to be related to a subscription, possibly “Prime”, which I have never knowingly requested or approved. In the past I have used eDreams with this Visa card for bookings, but at no point did I give my consent for any recurring charges or future subscriptions. Despite this, a payment is now being processed without my explicit authorization. This situation is very concerning, as it feels like an unjustified and unexpected debit attempt on my card. I contacted eDreams customer service about this issue, but instead of resolving the problem, I was told that I would have to pay 20 USD for you to handle my complaint. I find it unacceptable that I should pay an additional fee just to dispute a charge that I never agreed to in the first place. I request that you immediately cancel any subscription or “Prime” membership associated with my account and card, ensure that the 99.99 € charge is not completed or, if it is processed, that it is fully refunded, and confirm in writing that no further charges will be made to my card without my explicit consent. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly and without any extra cost to me.
