I Was Charged Twice by eDreams After They Said My Ticket Failed

I booked a ticket and eDreams first said there was a technical issue and the ticket was not confirmed, but later I saw that the ticket was actually confirmed without them sending me any email. Because they told me it was not confirmed, I purchased another ticket, but now I see that my card has already been charged for the first one. Since I already bought a new ticket, please cancel the first ticket and refund the amount to my account.
