I Need a Refund for an Unauthorized eDreams Prime Membership Charge

On 25 May 2026 at around 10:26 a.m., an amount of 99.99 EUR was charged to my credit card from Garanti Bank by eDreams Prime for a premium subscription that I did not authorize. I did not knowingly subscribe to any Prime membership, and I never approved this payment, so I consider this charge to be unauthorized and a fraudulent transaction. I have tried to get in touch with eDreams, but so far I have been unable to reach their customer service. I used the email address rutobil***@gmail.com in the past when booking a flight with eDreams, and this is the same email connected to me. After noticing the unauthorized charge, I contacted my bank, Garanti Bank, and they informed me that they would try to help with the situation. I request that eDreams Prime immediately cancel any Prime subscription or premium service that may have been opened in my name and issue a full refund of the 99.99 EUR to my credit card as soon as possible. I also expect written confirmation that this subscription has been cancelled, that this transaction is treated as fraud, and that no further charges will be made to my card without my clear and explicit consent.
