eDreams Charged Me $90 for Unauthorized Prime Membership Renewal Without Consent

Last year, I purchased a flight ticket through eDreams. This year, without my knowledge or consent, the company created an automatic subscription under the name Prime Membership and charged $90 USD on September 14 to my Garanti Bank credit card ending in 2041.
What makes this situation even more concerning is that I had canceled my old card due to loss last year and was issued a completely new card. Despite this, eDreams somehow managed to access my new card details and withdraw money without my approval. At no point did I receive a contract, confirmation email, or notification regarding Prime membership.
For the past four days, I have been trying to reach eDreams for clarification and a refund, but there is no valid phone number or customer service channel available. My bank also did not provide any advance warning or explanation about this unauthorized transaction.
This is a clear case of unauthorized billing and misuse of stored card data. I demand an immediate refund of the $90 charge and the permanent cancellation of this unwanted Prime membership. eDreams must stop using unfair auto-renewal practices and obtain explicit customer consent before charging fees.
