Full Refund For Flight Not Confirmed

I booked round-trip flight tickets from Casablanca to Paris through eDreams on 22/09/2026, but my reservation was never confirmed even though the full amount was taken from my bank card. The transaction for 1,377.72 R.S. appears in my bank statement as an online purchase made via eDreams, yet I did not receive any valid booking or ticket in return. I find it unacceptable that the full amount has been deducted without a confirmed reservation. I request that eDreams immediately process a full refund of 1,377.72 R.S. to my bank card for this failed booking and provide written confirmation once the refund has been completed.
