eDreams Refused Car Rental for Cracked License & Denied Refund

I had a terrible experience with eDreams car rental. I made a reservation through their website, but when I arrived at the office, they refused to give me the car because my driver's license had a crack on it. I immediately contacted eDreams to report the situation, expecting a refund. However, to my shock, they claimed that the problem was with me and refused to provide any reimbursement. They took my money for a car I never even got to use. It's clear that eDreams is running a scam. I refuse to let them get away with this.
