I recently booked a car rental with eDreams, and unfortunately, I was turned around at the rental office for not having a physical passport with me which I provided a copy of to Edreams prior to and after the booking. Now they are telling me I should have brought it with me and I will not be getting any refund. Why did I provide this information two times then? I even got an email saying I was all set for the booking but I wasn't... Don't waste your time with these scammers. This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. It appears that eDreams is not only unreliable but also engages in unethical practices. I strongly caution anyone considering booking with this company, as they do not seem to honor their own policies and fail to provide adequate customer support. I hope my review serves as a warning to others, and I urge eDreams to rectify this situation promptly by processing the refund I am rightfully owed. Until then, I cannot recommend their services.
