eDreams Wrongly Charged Subscription Fee

I recently discovered a charge of £79.99 taken from my account with The Co‑operative Bank on 30/08/25 for an eDreams flight booking–related subscription that I was not aware I had. I did not knowingly subscribe to any ongoing service with eDreams and only became aware of this when I saw the £79.99 charge on my bank statement. I have not used or benefited from any subscription features connected to this payment. As I did not intend to sign up for a recurring subscription and was not clearly informed about such a charge, I request a full refund of the £79.99 and the immediate cancellation of any existing subscription or future renewals linked to my details. I would also like written confirmation that no further payments will be taken from my account without my explicit consent.
