eDreams Prime Charged Without Consent

I subscribed to an eDreams Prime membership on 3 April 2026. On 18 April, an amount of 99 euros was taken from my bank account for Prime without my knowledge or clear consent. I only noticed this charge afterwards and I had not consciously agreed to such a debit. As soon as I saw this, I cancelled the Prime subscription to avoid any future costs or additional charges. However, this does not solve the problem of the 99 euros already taken from my account while I was in Thailand at that time. I kindly request the full refund of the 99 euros that were debited without my knowledge and the definitive cancellation of my eDreams Prime membership, so that no further amounts will be charged in the future.
