eDreams Subscription Cancellation
I am writing regarding an unwanted renewal of my eDreams Prime subscription. My account is registered under the name Ðevrije P*** R*** with the email address 04dj***@gmail.com, and the subscription is a yearly eDreams Prime membership managed through the mobile app. On 15.06.2026, an amount of around 100€ was charged to my account for the annual renewal of eDreams Prime. I was not clearly notified in advance that this subscription would renew and be charged automatically, and I only became aware of the subscription when I saw this charge. Since the renewal happened without my clear consent at this time and I did not use any Prime benefits after this renewal, I consider this payment unfair. I am requesting that my eDreams Prime subscription be cancelled immediately and that the full amount of the yearly Prime fee charged on 15.06.2026 (around 100€) be refunded to the payment method used. I have also had difficulty contacting your customer service through the usual channels, which has made resolving this issue even harder for me. I kindly ask you to review my case, cancel the subscription, and issue the refund as soon as possible, and to confirm this to me in writing via email.
