eDreams Prime Unauthorized Renewal Charge

I am writing about an eDreams Prime yearly subscription renewal that was charged to my credit card issued in Canada on April 6, 2026, without my authorization or clear recollection of ever signing up for this service. I consider this automatic renewal unfair and I do not agree with the way it was processed. Despite trying multiple times to reach eDreams customer service regarding this issue, I have not been able to obtain any satisfactory help or resolution. My eDreams Prime account is associated with the email address snoopdog***[email protected]. I request a full refund of the eDreams Prime renewal fee that was taken on April 6, 2026, and the cancellation of this Prime membership so that no further renewals or charges are made to my card in the future. I kindly ask that this matter be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible, and the refund confirmed in writing to my email address.
