eDreams Refund Request - And Membership Cancellation

I noticed that an amount of 36.731 HUF was charged to my Visa Debit card on 2026.04.30 at 07:51:38 in connection with eDreams, even though I have never knowingly created any membership with eDreams and I have never made any purchase for this amount. I did not authorize this transaction, and I was not informed about any subscription or membership related to this charge. On April 30th, I reported this unauthorized charge, but I have not received any response so far. I also confirm that I have not received any booking confirmation email or membership confirmation email from eDreams that could explain or justify this transaction. I request that my alleged eDreams membership, which I did not knowingly create, be cancelled immediately, that the full amount of 36.731 HUF be refunded to my account, and that no further charges be made to my card without my explicit consent. I also kindly ask you to provide written confirmation of the cancellation and refund.
