eDreams Prime automatically renewed my subscription and charged £99.99 — requesting a full refund

Today, 14 July 2026, my eDreams Prime subscription was automatically renewed and £99.99 was taken from my SumUp bank account for “EDREAMS PRIME ANNUAL GIBRALTAR GI”. I did not intend to continue this subscription and I was not aware that such a high renewal fee would be charged in this way. I have only been subscribed to eDreams Prime for about 14 days and I used the Prime benefits only once for a single flight booking before this renewal date. Since the renewal today I have not used any Prime benefits at all. I also had not tried to cancel earlier because I did not realise the renewal would go through like this. I kindly request the immediate cancellation of this renewed Prime membership and a full refund of the £99.99 that was charged today, as the new subscription period has not been used in any way. I ask you to review the attached payment confirmation from my SumUp account and process my refund as soon as possible.
